Our mission of this adolescent fitness website and its accompanying blogs is to promote holistic health and wellness among young individuals during this critical stage of development, to support and solve various myths and facts related to teen weight training and other fitness regimes.

Our panel of specialists including, pediatrician, physiotherapist, orthopaedician and gym trainers. will clarify the do's and the don'ts of training in adolescents thereby empowering the adolescents with knowledge and the inspiration to train responsibly and to make positive lifestyle and wellness choices.
